- Due to a rise in garment theft via "FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS", our refund policy is as follows:
- Once payment has been rendered for an order, the order can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final. There will be no refunds given for any reason.
Orders must be paid in full before the design process begins.
• There is a 90 day turnaround for custom suits, event dresses, prom garments, and one year for wedding gowns.
• We ship worldwide. We do not ship to PO boxes.
• There is a one-time alteration service included with every order. Additional changes will incur additional fees.
